Our flight support team is run by our Operations Manager and a team of experienced Flight Support Managers. Their background includes large contract operations, ground agent operations, medi-vac and charter operations as well as airline operations. This varied base of experience gives us the advantage of not only understanding our customers’ needs, but also the knoweldge to arrange flights and provide feedback so as to support and enhance the customers’ operational efficiency.
Our dedicated flight support administrators assist the managers in accomplishing their duties which leads to shorter response and confirmation times, and they are also available for relocation to support the unique ground service needs of customers’ flights within Southern Africa.
